Aviation Security Reporting

The purpose of the AACTL reporting system is to improve aviation security by ensuring that relevant security information relating to civil aviation in Timor-Leste is reported, collected, stored, protected, exchanged, disseminated, and analyzed. It is not to attribute blame or liability.

The system may be used to report a mandatory occurrence, or to submit a confidential security report. This delivers on AACTL's security culture policy and its efforts to transition towards a more proactive, evidence-based, risk and performance-oriented security system.
